Start: Thursday, August 14, 2025
End: Sunday, August 17, 2025
This retreat offers an opportunity to step away from the distractions of daily life and turn inward, cultivating the clarity and wisdom that arise from sustained awareness and introspection. Through the practice of Vipassana, we will explore the Four Foundations of Mindfulness—body, feelings, mind, and mental objects—realizing the impermanent, unsatisfactory, and not self nature of all experience.
With guidance and support, participants will develop the skill of observing their inner and outer worlds with precision and balance, creating space for profound insights to emerge. Noble Silence will provide a supportive container for sustained mindfulness, allowing for deeper introspection and a more intimate connection with the present moment.
Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this retreat will help you see clearly, live more fully, and walk the path of insight with renewed purpose.
This retreat is open to all who wish to deepen their understanding of the Dharma and experience greater clarity and freedom.

We offer a sliding scale for retreat fees—Base, Mid, and Sustaining—to make our retreats accessible while honoring the spirit of generosity. The Base rate covers essential costs, the Mid rate supports the retreat and helps others attend, and the Sustaining rate ensures the long-term growth of our community. This structure allows everyone to contribute in a way that aligns with their capacity, fostering connection and mutual support on the path.
Choosing the sustaining rate is a generous way to support the organization’s long-term mission, enabling future programs and increasing access for those with financial need.
The mid-tier option reflects an additional contribution that helps sustain the retreat offerings and makes it possible for others to participate at a reduced rate.
The base rate ensures that essential retreat costs are covered, making the experience accessible to all while supporting the fundamental expenses of the program.
